Why we love Italian Gourmet Food When talking about Italy, what come into our mind first are their finest pastas and cheesy pizzas. Risotto, for instance, is one of the well known type of Italian pasta product that is well-liked by all pasta-lovers around the globe. This is one of the most sought after pasta product especially in the United States in which the preparation is quite time consuming. Unfortunately, these local restaurants cannot always provide you the real Italian flavor. For a real Italian gourmet food, it is best to trip to Italy and explore all Italian regions as much as possible where the finest pastas, cheeses, breads and the best of the world are prepared.
